Almost everyone I know uses both of them, and most servers already have both. Unless there's a serious filesize issue, they should probably be merged together if possible.
If it's an issue of "Some people might not want to use it", it could be disabled via convar possibly, being on by default since, once again, a good majority of ACF servers use both combined together.
