filtering of services when host is in scheduled downtime does not work since upgrade to last version 0.14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. in the nagios console, schedule downtime for server
2. click 'update now' in nagios checker extension
3. all the services start reporting problems

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

In version 0.13 both the host and the services are filtered if in the
settings, tab filtering 'hosts and services in scheduled downtime' is
checked. This stopped working in version 0.14

What version of the product are you using (Nagios Checker and Nagios)? On
what operating system?

now I reverted it to 0.13. This is a fedora 10 workstation with firefox 3.08
