Scroll Bar Shown in Pop Up Window, but no way to manipulate it #136

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a large number of service warnings
2. Hover Mouse over Yellow summary Tag
3. Scrollable Window displayed, but no way to scroll it

What version of the product are you using (Nagios Checker and Nagios)? On
what operating system?
Nagios 2.4
Client is Mac OSX + Firefox 3.5.2

Please provide any additional information below.
