What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. OSX 10.4.10, Firefox 2.0.0.4, nagioschecker 0.9.5 (and prior)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Display is correct except hostname (and/or hostalias) is never shown. All
other fields are correctly shown.

What version of the product are you using (Nagios Checker and Nagios)? On
what operating system?

Nagioschecker 0.9.5 (and prior)
Nagios 2.7
Centos 3.6

Please provide any additional information below.

Please disregard this. I've done more investigation of this issue and see that 
it is
almost certainly caused by a slight modification of the display output done to
interface with another system of ours...
