Filter out text in the information field

Would it be possible to filter out specific things in the information
field? I especially would like to filter out the services with the
'(Service Check Timed Out)' information, since those services usually 'fix
themselves' or result into real criticals :-)

Now I jump up every time I see a red bar, only to find out the check timed
out :-P
