Indents not being applied #30

I tried to implement that indents are applyable again #24 following the idea from arcfide. I test it with https://salsa.debian.org/ddp-team/dpb/ and https://ddp-team.pages.debian.net/dpb/BuildWithGBP.pdf, I will patch it also in Debian today so it will works at the book again.

The Debian patch was not quite right. It broken plain TeX. Not that I expect anyone to use plain TeX again, but I'm trying to maintain the legacy compatibility.

I've pushed a release candidate for 2.13 that I believe resolves the issues. If not, feel free to reopen this PR.
