Describe the bug The page does not load and nothing happens after clicking on the "Записатися на челендж" button

Preconditions Opened website http://speak-ukrainian.eastus2.cloudapp.azure.com/dev/ The user is authorized on the website

Steps to reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on the "Челендж" section in the website header
2. Click on the "Єдині" challenge in the drop-down list
3. Scroll down and click on the "Записатися на челендж" button
4. Pay attention to the non-loading page

Actual result A white screen is displayed on the "Єдині" challenge page after clicking the "Записатися на челендж" button

Expected result The page is opened with details of how to sign up for a challenge after clicking the "Записатися на челендж" button
