Describe the bug Failed to login on the platform using Facebook

Preconditions When trying to login on the platform using Facebook, an error occurred with the text: "Помилка доступу до додатка На жаль, додаток, який ви намагаєтеся використати, не існує або вимкнений."

Steps to reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to http://speak-ukrainian.eastus2.cloudapp.azure.com/dev/
  2. Click at the user button in right up corner
  3. Choose the "Увійти" item in menu items list
  4. Click on the Facebook icon

Actual result A error with text: "Помилка доступу до додатка На жаль, додаток, який ви намагаєтеся використати, не існує або вимкнений."

Expected result A window with a login to the Facebook account
