Describe the bug: The "Доступ заблоковано: помилка авторизації" message is displayed on the page after registration with Google button.

Details: You can't sign in to this app because it doesn't comply with Google's OAuth 2.0 policy for keeping apps secure. You can let the app developer know that this app doesn't comply with one or more Google validation rules. Preconditions: The user is not registered on the site

Steps to reproduce: Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to http://speak-ukrainian.eastus2.cloudapp.azure.com/dev/
  2. Click at the user button in right up corner
  3. Choose the "Зареєструватися" item in menu items list
  4. Click on Google button
  5. Pay attention to the result

Actual result: The 400 Bad Request status code is displayed on the page after registration with Google button

Expected result: User is registered on the site after clicking the Google button
