[pest control] upgrade bug. #255

Description ([pest control] upgrade didn't work, only 2k storage, can't proceed to level 1 or 14. Not sure, if i can fix it by starting new game or by replaying from the moment, before upgrade. Did you notice that you need to manually upgrade the storage in each camp in this version? image

I was expecting the improvement to happen automatically, as it did in previous versions, and I didn't think to check the improvements for buildings. Thank you!
