Raids reset all resources to zero. #304

Description When I'm successfully raided, I lose all resources (food, water, metal, rope, fuel) in all settlements (since they are connected by trading posts and share inventory). Even though messages say that I lose only a small amount of resources. level13-save (8).txt

Thank you for reporting! I've been hunting this bug for awhile, and will take a look at your save for hints.
