fix(nx-ignore): include all @nx/ packages since they may not be in nx.json (e.g. @nx/react/webpack-plugin) #394

Some Nx plugins aren't in nx.json, for example @nx/react, @nx/js, etc. We should include all @nx/ packages in slim install.
