This program should allow for specifying multiple streaming devices, along with their direct-play requirements, via the CLI with a config file or command arguments.

It should find a set of video converting settings that satisfy all the streaming device direct-play requirements :

  1. Name
  2. MaxH264Profile
  3. MaxH264Level
  4. MaxFPS
  5. MaxResolution
  6. Model
  7. Maker
  8. AudioCodecs
  9. VideoCodecs
