fails on sub streams with unsupported characters #8

Need to find more examples to establish exactly what contents in the subtitle streams are causing this but there are a few examples of video files I've encountered already that cause conversion to crash (using FFMPEG CLI also crashes similar with the same file)

still need to capture stack trace (use CM video file)
