To include...

Labelling of variables.
Conversion of dates/times, if any, to internal elapsed time variables.
Encoding of categorical variables.
Saving of clean data set.

See comments in #25 there is considerable missing data which dramatically reduces the number of individuals who can be included in the analysis (albeit contingent on what variables are included, e.g. exclude thyroid_classification as it is missing for lots of people).
