Twisted: ignore TLS verification errors when 'ignore-ssl-errors' is set #15

+1 think this is fine as long as it works with the relevant versions of twisted.

It works with latest stable 16.5.0. And I've also tested this with older 16.4.1.

not sure what version(s) of twisted customers are using.
