Some Messiah parts no longer compile #9

Building the latest sources with lilypond 2.18.2, I'm unable to compile the following parts:

Haendel/Oratorio/Messiah-keyboard: Haendel/Oratorio/Messiah-vocal-keyboard: Haendel/Oratorio/Messiah-oboe1: Haendel/Oratorio/Messiah-oboe2:

They all result in several "syntax error, unexpected MUSIC_IDENTIFIER" lines. Perhaps this is designed for a previous lilypond version, but 2.17.16 defined in common.ily didn't seem to work.

Also tried with 2.19.15. Same result.

Messiah parts were made for LilyPond 2.13.8. Last July, I've updated the lead sheet to 2.18 (I think) but indeed a few fixes must be required for building the parts. I'll take care of that, but probably won't be able until late December.
