Removing isolated solid phases #570

I'm creating a hierarchical metamaterial geometry in pygmsh, but sometimes due to boolean differences some isolated "floating" solid phases are created. I would like to remove this isolated phases from the main big solid phase, is there a way to do it? An example in the image below image
