bring termplotlib to conda #66

AFAIK termplotlib cannot be installed via any conda channel. It would be great to have the package installable via conda.

I tried my luck, but some tests won't pass in the conda-forge infrastructure for some reason. If you have any experience with this, feel free to help out.
