Dark framenumbers #1

Hi nicky,

This branch adds the framenumbers to the dark UA latex beamer theme

Well, I guess for the dark theme the frame number should go on the top right of the slides, just like it is suggested by the official Microsoft PowerPoint theme. I just added some code for it to the headline section but it doesn't seem to work; not sure why. Have a look if you want! :)

Fixed (and merged with the master). This has also up to date docs.

0.04\paperheight is a arbitrarilay chosen number that looked quite well...
