Hi nicki,

This adds the option to hide the total framenumbers in the lower right corner. (It also includes parts of the dark framenumbers branch)

I once wrote this (in another form) to workaround a bug I still have (the total frame numbers is wrong - even recompilation does not help)

Rejected as it contains code of an unrelated issue. I just implemented just want you wanted in a slightly different way though. ;) A new options is called "totalframenumber", and it's false by default (parallel to the official UA templates).
