said2json.py script does not work with nltk 3.0.1 #13

This script does not work with the 3.0.1 version, but does with the 2.0.4 version.

(said2json.py is not part of this repository; it is released at http://www.ark.cs.cmu.edu/LexSem/ in the English Multiword Expression Lexicons package. Not sure if it's worth creating a new release of that package just for this; for now, I'll add a note on the website indicating the version dependency.)
