SVN folders removed on application export

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use a SVN repository
2. Export your project as application
3. Commit the new folders (application.linux, application.mac, 
application.windows)
4. Export application again (because you have a new version of your project)
5. Try to commit -> Errors

Unfortunatelly the hidden .svn folders are removed, when exporting the 
applications. Perhaps only a mac issue.

I'm using last release on mac 10.6.5 and eclipse (Build id: 20100218-1602)

Do we really want to export .svn and other hidden folders... The idea has been 
to only include those files necessary to running the app
