proclispsing not in eclipse preferences

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Following getting started guide.
http://code.google.com/p/proclipsing/wiki/GettingStarted

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to see proclipsng in my eclipse preferences at step "To set up 
Global Proclipsing Preferences".
Everything worked until then. Instead I saw no mention of proclipsing in 
preferences.
I did restart eclipse (twice) and eclipse says proclipsing is installed in 
"about eclipse".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using mac OS 10.5.8
Eclipse IDE for Java Developers 1.2.0.20090619-0620 epp.package.java
Proclipsing Feature 1.0.6   proclipsingFeature.feature.group
Processing 1.2.1

I can't seem to duplicate this issue.  Have you tried upgrading to Helios?
