!= -> (not (= ...)).
Some kind of += and -= instructions.
list:random -> (list:access (rand 0 (- (size X) 1)) X)
list:any -> (> 0 (size (list:filter X Y))).
list:all -> (= (size Y) (size (list:filter X Y))).
Also, set: and dict: equivalents.
