use binfile to build matrix #423

Hi, I am using the hic-pro build_matrix , but I want to use a prepared bedfile to build matrix, can I use the parameter '--binfile'? How can I use the function? Thanks.

Yes, you can provide a BED file to the --binfile parameter N
