Hi

In the QC example used here (http://nservant.github.io/HiC-Pro/RESULTS.html) states that is from from IMR90 replicate 1 sample from Dixon et al (2012)/ GSM1055800. Would be possible to made the raw QC table/ tables available? Also, would be possible to show the HiC-Pro parameters used for this end?

I did some changes in the protocol and I would like to compare side-by-side the QC results.

Many thanks, Raphael

Thank you for your reply. I could find the configuration file there, what is quite helpful. https://zerkalo.curie.fr/partage/HiC-Pro/HiCPro_results/Dixon2012_IMR90_rep1/ But, I could not find the log files that is what I need. The log files are only available for test datasets (https://zerkalo.curie.fr/partage/HiC-Pro/HiCPro_results/HiC_Pro_v2.7.9_test_data/) Do you know where I can find the log for this dataset? https://zerkalo.curie.fr/partage/HiC-Pro/HiCPro_results/Dixon2012_IMR90_rep1/
