Con't find the file '-lgcc_s' when I typing the command 'make install'

In the env had prepare the follows:

• samtools
• bowtie2
• r-base、ggplot2 (>2.2.1)、RColorBrewer and all required packages or sorfwares, there are not tip when i wget the v3.1.0.tar.gz and make configure, but typing 'make install' tip me ↓ ld: cannot find -lgcc_s: No such file or directory collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status mv: cannot stat ‘build_matrix’: No such file or directory plus: gcc=9.5.0,gxx=9.5.0
