I'm trying to use HiC-Pro for processing HiChIP libraries.
You said that a BED file of the restriction fragments after digestion is needed, but this is not applied for my case because I used MNase enzyme to digest DNA.
Then how can I get this annotation file, or is it okay to just omit this option?
