Makefile:181:hic_qc error1 / allValidPairs file is empty #594

Hi, I got a problem which is allValidPairs file is empty and it is causing an error(Makefile:181:hic_qc error1). I noticed that in issues/163, the file of restriction fragment is well formatted.I followed the format to handle it, but I'm still getting an error. I also tried using data from a public database(SRR11342208), and I encountered the same error. 6aa2b8195087d0bd44ad9fb6af47b10 mapped_2hic_fragments.log

Is there any detail that I missed?

I try to run a HiC-Pro as well and I got this HiC-Pro_3.1.0/bin/../scripts//Makefile:181: hic_qc] Error 1
