when I run /student2/software/hicpro/HiC-Pro-3.1.0/bin/HiC-Pro -c /student2/hictest/config-hicpro.txt -i /student2/hictest/sample -o /student2/hictest/result
I'm getting this error Bowtie2 alignment step1 ... make: /student2/software/hicpro/scripts/bowtie_wrap.sh: Command not found make: *** [/student2/software/hicpro/HiC-Pro-3.1.0/bin/../scripts//Makefile:88: bowtie_global] Error 127 Can you help me, thank you
