User story

As a someone working on the NSF project, I need to know see how NSF visual styles would be incorporated into a U.S. Web Design Standards prototype.

Given that the beta is to be essentially a MVP, it is assumed that:

  1. The US Web Design Standards will be employed; and
  2. Any additional design at this point will be minimal and geared predominantly to ensuring the use of the beta is pleasurable and intuitive.

The goal of design work for the beta is not to duplicate the design of the current nsf.gov website. In order to do this, we need to determine:

NSF has tasked a graphic designer with coming up with a one-page mockup.

For the purpose of the beta's initial design, @EYWeir I think we might just need whatever logo / usage guidance you have? Otherwise I think we're ok to close this?

We'll be using both USWDS and the NSF-SBIR style guide alongside Austin's early mockup for the beta design.
