User story

As a team member I want to understand assumptions around the designs so I can test them in the future.

Acceptance criteria

[x] Creating a list of hypotheses and assumptions of the mock up
[x] Listing out sections of the homepage mockup and the assumptions around them
[ ] Providing testing guidance (maybe we can fold this back into the bullet list of “next steps” too - #252?)

We shared the draft version of this doc with NSF today & will incorporate feedback as soon as we have it.

@austinhernandez Is it cool if I close this issue (being that we shared the Hypothesis Guide)? (I can open a new issue to capture current research efforts, if that makes sense!)
