Update on the pros/cons list: I've finished the first draft of the pros/cons list (which includes examples of other agencies/governments sharing their principles) and shared it in the NSF partners channel. Link to the doc is here:

Update on implementation guidance: Today, I finished a first draft of the implementation guide (which contains scenarios to help shape people's thinking around the principles), and I shared this in the channel with @austinhernandez. After implementing Austin's feedback, I'll share this draft with the NSF team to see what changes they'd like me to make.
