As a designer, I want to test the current design directions with external users so that I can get a better sense of how NSF's business goals are aligning with user needs.

Acceptance criteria

• [x] Schedule interviews for this week and next (if necessary)
• [x] Finalize interview protocol
• [x] Finish goals and hypotheses for interviewing
• [x] Prepare consent form
• [x] Incorporate feedback from NSF to mockups so we have to designs to test with users
• [x] Create mockups and InVision environment to show 2 mockups
• [x] Complete interviews
• [x] Assist with interviews (Chris)
• [x] Begin synthesis (stretch goal)

Definition of done

• [x] We've completed all scheduled interviews and feel we have enough data from external users to make further decisions about the design direction.

Update to this issue: We completed four interviews last week (and one this week), and we have two more interviews scheduled for this week.

We'll be doing some initial synthesis tomorrow (and have invited the NSF team to this synthesis session, via the nsf partners channel).
