As a designer, I want create an interview protocol with new hypotheses to test for next sprint so that we continue doing iterative design research and improving designs.

Acceptance criteria

[x] Gain alignment during brainstorming meeting
[x] Look into starting recruiting efforts

Definition of done

[x] We know what we are testing for next sprint so we can start building mockups or prototypes

First: Quantitative desirability survey Adapted from "reaction card" method to gauge users’ responses to the aesthetic qualities of a site.

Second: Qualitative interview / cognitive walkthrough Continuation of the previous round of research where we show current users to the site new mockups to determine tolerance for manipulation of the NSF brand.

Update on this issue: @austinhernandez and I are discussing recruiting methods! And are hoping to start recruiting in the next day or two.
