As an 18F designer, I want to hand off our existing design artifacts to CA to promote collaboration & ensure a smooth transition once 18F rolls off of the project.

Acceptance criteria

[x] Sketch files shared.
[x] Invision files shared.
[x] Questions from the CA team answered.

Definition of done

[x] All artifacts have been shared.
[x] The CA team doesn't have any further questions about said artifacts.
