User story

As a member of the 18F team, I want to learn more about the possibility of backfilling Micah's role so I can ensure smooth staffing/delivery for the remainder of the engagement.

Acceptance criteria

[x] Kate and Olesya meet with the NSF team to determine whether there's a need to backfill Micah's role (and, if so, what sort of staffing help NSF would most benefit from).
[x] If there is a need to backfill, create an issue in the staffing repo/talk to relevant supervisors.
[x] If there's no need to backfill, update the project team/close this issue.

Definition of done

[x] 18F has met with NSF to discuss.
[x] If there's a need for more staffing: New staff member has joined the project team.

Reopened the NSF issue in the staffing repo and pinged folks to see if a UX designer is available to join the project (still waiting to hear back).

Per Ellen, the top-priority needs right now are:

additional design work on the news article pages for the external site (building on the design concept for the home page), and
designing pages for internal users who would be using the CMS to create/add content.

Pinging folks on the issue in the staffing repo now to see if there's an update.
