As a member of the 18F team, I want to plan travel to NSF HQ so that I can start preparing for the onsite.

[x] @EYWeir approved Cost Estimate
[x] @austinhernandez and @kategarklavs have booked travel
[x] @kducharm and @kategarklavs begin planning onsite agenda

[x] Draft of onsite agenda completed

Booked my travel today! Waiting for approval from the travel team.

Everyone has travel booked, we have a draft agenda for the onsite, and the NSF team has seen the draft agenda — I'm going to go ahead and close this issue 👍
