Log improvements #23

The output printed by P4-Utils is now colored according to the log level it belongs:
- debug messages are shown as darker text,
- info messages are shown as normal text,
- output messages are shown as bold text,
- warning messages are shown as yellow bold text,
- error messages are shown as red bold text,
- critical messages are shown as bold text with red background.
Improved logging for p4utils.utils.client and p4utils.utils.compiler.
Improved exceptions handling for p4utils.utils.sswitch_p4runtime_API.py.
