Immich v1.55.0 released

A new release, it's possible that there till be a dot release in a day or two fixing a bug in K8s deployments, but that should not affect this.

[x] Read the release notes and figure out if I need to do something.
[x] Run ./update.sh old-tag new-tag like ./update.sh v1.52.1 v1.53.0 to diff a few select files and make relevant changes.
[x] Read Immich Discord to get a feeling if there is any critical bugs (and maybe wait for a dot release).
[x] Check for new releases of the Immich CLI.
[x] Build and test it locally.
[x] Push it to a branch in a PR, let CI run it's tests.
[x] Merge the PR.
[x] Wait for snapcraft build service to do it's thing and release a build to edge channel.
[x] Promote it to the beta channel and test it.
[x] Promote it to candidate and live with it my self for an appropriate amount of time.
[x] Promote it to stable.
