Hi, Many thanks for this extremely useful package. I have two questions about Fisher's test and output data frame.
Firstly, I would like to ask if is it possible to implement two sided alternative in runLOLA() function (as shown below)?
runLOLA()
if (direction == "depletion") { fisherAlternative = "less" } else if (direction == "two.sided") { fisherAlternative = "two.sided" cat("Running fisher test with alternative=two.sided") } else { fisherAlternative = "greater" }
This topic was already mentioned here https://github.com/nsheff/LOLA/issues/20, however this feature is still not available.
Another question is about the presence of raw p-value within the output data frame, this kind of information may be useful for example to use custom correction for multiple comparisons problem.
Thanks in advance.
