refactor: logic and components #17

Overview

This is a refactor that:

Prefers #presence || over #present? ? ... : ...
Sanitizes company data more vigorously after I noticed an E2E integration test failing
Removes unneeded conditional before calling #update during data syncs
Extracts InfoModalComponent from RequesterFormComponent

This doesn't change anything on the user-facing side of things, so users shouldn't see a change whatsoever.
