Feedback from MODSCGDRF_NRT mockup ingest testing by the Cumulus team:

The URI for the files in the CNM message must match the upload location. Upload locations, based on current naming conventions used in CISS, should be: s3://nsidc-cumulus-[int|uat|prod]-ingest-staging/external/[collection name]/[version]/[identifier]/[filename]

- Choose int/uat/prod, depending on the environment to where files will be pushed
- Use fields from the cnm message for the square-bracket information in the path
- /external/ has been set up with a 7-day rolloff policy - so files that are uploaded here will stick around for 7 days, after which they will be automatically deleted.

The CNM message's version attribute value needs to be a string: "version": "1.5.1", (not of "version": 1.5.1,)
