Remove old SDFI topogrpahic layer #557

https://github.com/orgs/nsidc/projects/11/views/1?pane=issue&itemId=30331459 added a new version of the topographic map as a WMS layer.

The removal of this dataset leaves us with just one offline terrain model: BedMachine.
