Consider other WMS layers from NASA #565

E.g., look through the list here and consider adding WMS/WCS layers: https://www.earthdata.nasa.gov/learn/pathfinders/gis-pathfinder/geospatial-services

GIBS, for example, has numerous science variable layers that work with the temporal controller.

Although the temporal controller works with WMST layers from GIBS, the controller does not auto-update the temporal extent of the layer. See #637 for some context.

We already added a blue marble background image from GIBS in https://github.com/nsidc/qgreenland/pull/560. The other available layers of interest are time-controlled.

Closing. May re-consider if we get traction on #637. Prefer opening an issue for a specific layer or layer(s), however.
