How do we archive old releases to save disk space to keep costs sustainable? Just delete them? Put them on an external hosting platform? Zenodo?

When do we archive a release? When a new major release comes out, archive the previous? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

New cleanup CLI feature: Cleanup all except N (configurable) releases
Delete all v0 releases
Delete all v1.x releases except v1.0.2!
