Automate pushing QGreenland to mirrors #644

We're currently manually uploading QGreenland to our mirrors when we release. There should be a Jenkins job or other process to manage this.

Current ones (see vault for creds):

ftp.quantarctica.npolar.no/mirrored/qgreenland

Shouldn't there be more? PGC?

Moving forward I think we should only mirror at PGC. So if we could automate that connection, that would be excellent.

(I need to remember to notify other groups that we'll discontinue use of those mirrors)
