Add new "Geology/Tectonic plates" layer. This polygon layer accompanies the existing "Geology/Tectonic plate boundaries" layer (polyline) from the same dataset.
We originally did not include the polygon layer because we had trouble with reprojecting the data without losing data. This new configuration adds the data with no missing polygons for our area of interest.
