Reach out to ADC about collaborative note-taking/discussion space for QGreenland-Net #681

Do we set up a Slack channel or GH Discussions category? Should be low friction for easily posting thoughts/ideas that come to us while we're not scheduled to work on these grants.

When ADC contacts are back in town, let them know what we set up and see if they want to move forward or choose a different tool.

We decided that a dedicated Discussions category makes sense for this.

We now have a new discussion category for "development" with a "General" subcategory and a "QGreenland-Net" subcategory. I seeded the latter with some thoughts about data transformation recipes.

The last step is to contact ADC, but I think we were waiting on something for that. @twilamoon-science was Matt J. on vacation or something?
